HOW DOES THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM WORK?
Once you become a member, you have access to the private membership group starting on 1st day of the month (following when you sign up).
The membership group is not hosted on Facebook – it is hosted on a private community page away from the noise and distractions of Facebook that only members have access to. The private page will be the home for all of the weekly check ins, posts, live training info (recordings will be emailed to you), and also where you can submit questions for Shanna.
The private page is the private community for JOYFUL Autoimmunity Support Group members to connect, chat, seek support, offer friendship, celebrate victories, share struggles, and come together as loving and supportive friends. You will be connecting with others who are on their AIP just like you!
HOW DOES THE BILLING WORK?
This is a monthly membership program, and after you sign up, you will automatically be charged each month. You can cancel at anytime.
IS THIS AN EXCLUSIVELY AIP SUPPORT GROUP?
Nope, it’s an autoimmune support group. With that said, I am an expert at the autoimmune protocol (AIP) and am happy to answer any questions you have.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY?
The JOYFUL Autoimmunity Monthly Group Support program is a monthly membership program, so you can choose to cancel anytime. You’ll be able to access and benefit from the Membership group until the last day of your current billing cycle. There are no refunds for previously purchased months.
IS THE COMMUNITY HOSTED IN A FACEBOOK GROUP?
No, the community is hosted on a platform / app called Mighty. With the exception of the monthly live trainings, which are held on Zoom.
