The autoimmune protocol (AIP) is a nutrition and lifestyle protocol designed to help those of us with autoimmune disease find relief from our symptoms.
Sounds pretty easy and straight forward, right?
There’s so many ins and outs of the AIP, and it will most likely look a bit different for everyone.
So whether you are brand spankin’ new to the AIP, you’ve tried the AIP a number of times, or you’re about to give up on the AIP, this video is for you!

Never underestimate the power of keeping it simple: proteins, lots of veggies, healthy fats, and fruit.
