Autoimmune Wellness Toolbox
There’s no one secret to finding wellness, in my experience.
On the contrary, my autoimmune wellness toolbox is filled with lots of little habits that I do day in and day out,
and that I’ve repeated consistently over time.
In my experience, it felt SO crazy hard to break habits I’d had for decades that were not serving me,
and even harder to develop new habits,
and harder still to find the patience to give my new habits time to see if they’d help.
Another complication??
No two autoimmune wellness toolboxes look exactly the same.
While there are similarities and patterns,
the tools may look a bit different and be used differently at differently times.
How do you find the right tools for your toolbox??
There’s a number of ways.
You can work on it on your own, while working with your medical team, through study, faith, and seeing what works for you through experience.
And/or you can work with someone who can offer personalized help and support…
