What I eat in a day on AIP changes depending on the day and the season. As a result, I felt hesitant when I received a request to share what I eat in a day on AIP.



However, I decided to go ahead and share with the disclaimer that this is what I eat on a typical summer’s day on the AIP, and that I usually change it up from day to day. Further, I share other examples of what I eat on a summer’s day on the AIP.
